Our condo is located in Coral Bay Village, directly on Spotts Beach, along the quiet south coast of Grand Cayman Island. Spotts Beach faces south, offering expansive ocean views, refreshing trade winds, and a long stretch of white sand framed by palm trees that provide natural shade throughout the day. The setting is peaceful and uncrowded, making it ideal for guests seeking a more laid-back island experience.
Renowned for its excellent snorkeling and swimming, however, Spotts Beach is best known for frequent sightings of green sea turtles in their natural habitat.

The property
Villa 16 at Coral Bay has been completely renovated by one of Grand Cayman's premier interior design firms, blending elegant coastal-chic style with relaxed island comfort throughout. This is a true two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront residence featuring two king ensuite bedrooms, each with generous storage and spacious layouts. There is room to truly unwind in all 1,723 square feet. The thoughtfully designed floor plan provides genuine separation between the two suites, making it ideal for families or couples.
Located directly on Spotts Beach, the villa offers beautiful ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom, along with the large private lanai; perfect for sunrise, morning coffee, reading, cocktails, or simply listening to the waves.
Guests enjoy groundfloor beach access, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, in-unit laundry and high-speed Wi-Fi and Cable TV. The kitchen is designed for the chef, the entertainer, and the occasional bartender alike, making both quiet evenings and casual gathering effortless. After years of searching, we knew we found "it" when we arrived at Coral Bay Villa 16. It is our escape. We loved the feeling of it the moment we arrived: calm, quiet and completly connected to the waves. We love starting our mornings on the lanai sipping coffee, watching the ocean change colors and end our day relaxing to the sound of the waves. The villa feels elevated, yet comfotable - stylish without ever feeling pretentious. It's the kind of place where we instantly unwind, stay longer than planned and feel genuinely at home every time we return to Grand Cayman.
